Cabinet Factories Outlet is an outlet store for MasterBrand Cabinets. We sell warehouse overstocks, cancelled orders, mis-ordered product, and factory overruns at wholesale pricing to the general public. Due to the nature of the business there are some slightly damaged and previously installed items. Some door styles and colors may be one of a kind. Due to damage and availability on this product, they are priced considerably less than retail.

The outlet averages 2700 cabinets on hand all unboxed and stacked for consumers to see and touch the styles, finishes, features and accessories.

• Because of the way product is inventoried and factories are credited there are no exchanges or returns. All Sales are Final.
• We require all purchased product to be picked up within 7 working days of purchase before we start charging a storage fee.
• We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, and personal check.
